Likes

I liked the culture and work environment the most. Walplast has started working on individual developmental aspects as well which was missing at my time which is pretty good initiative I must appreciate.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Location...I wish if Walplast Corporate Office could have been in BKC or South Mumbai else it is a pretty lovely and admirable company to work with.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire Finance & Accounts life cycle as as manage day-to-day routine operations. Taking care of routine operations for my company as a F&A manager gets tiring.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
