Job security is ok ok,work culture is poor , management is poor , company policy is ok kind of. Only good thing is payment on time no delay.

Dislikes

There is no work satisfaction,no appreciation, majorly no work life balance. Forcing to work on holidays too,2 alternate Saturday are off as per police but that is also useless you have to work. Same like consultantacy forcing to extend work hour. favouritism is also worst part, forget about promotions etc.Do not recommended.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
