Well company culture and policies are Good, implementation of technology shows continuous improvement. teammates are ok but training is dam poor they dont provided proper training and expects high-end results in very short span. Career growth purely depends on reporting manager there is no room for performance.salary least in the industry and appraisal rating depends on how best you show slavery to your boss,if you impress and praise boss will get shiny rating and hike and promotion. Country politics is right here.work environment and work life balance is nonsense and meaningless to think. Learning and innovation is permitted to leadership team only.
