It's a worst company to work with. They offered me in my offer letter 3.75LPA CTC and giving me monthly 18000 Rs only. All the flashy parks and benefits they put on the condition after completion of probition period. Which suppose to be end within 15 days from my joining date as per there offer letter. And it ended after 3 months.They have terrible work atmosphere specially for sales people. There is no job security. People hire and fired at any point of time with no strong reason. I was working on there accounting software and they force the whole sales team to leave the job as par them we were not able to sale there product. Where the truth is there product itself is in development mode. We have found 48 bugs on that software. People who purchased were returning there product and asking for money back. If there product was on development mode then they should not have hired sales people. They make peoples career spoiled. Which they have no rights....Read More

Culture was one of the points in the past but it has deteriorated severly. The company is short of funding and the products aren't earning due to which they aren't retaining the employees nor giving increments.
