Except for the clean office desk theres no good process to follow nor work to learn. No tream work. Above all the HR policies and rules are a headache. Theres a 5month notice period and they wont relieve if they dont get another employee to replace you. A company with no norms and values. HR people are the laziest to work

Dislikes

Not good work culture . HR team wont bother to process the payslips atleast monthly .

Job security is good, innovation is encourged and company is ready to adopt latest technology but work-life balance is missed.

Dislikes

I see some politics from some leads, hikes sometimes depends on the last 3-4 months of mistakes we made than overall year performance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
