After 20 years of experience I would say I learnt a lot and develop my skills here.

4 months payment pending, last two years other payments of workers and also vendors payment are pending, so very bad reputation in the market, no promotion for last 5 years, all machines and structure is at least 50 years old, all workmen moral down, no hope for career growth, 80 % people working in this manufacturing unit is local so they are very casual about their work, canteen facility is very poor only snacks are served it is also very poor quality no lunch or dinner. The best thing was learning and gaining experience. Got to work on the most critical jobs in aerospace segments. Direct contact with senior scientists from ISRO & DRDO.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Company doesn't give salaries on time (gives half salary after two or three months) and this is happening most of the times from last 7 years. Management literally tortures workers and for that puts pressure on Production engineers (pressure is given only for torturing people. Not for production increase). Very high and destructive politics. Negligible increments or promotions. Starting salary was 10k and after 5 years salary was 13k. This happened to everyone that time. Increments happen only if you resign. Health policy was also terrible....Read More

I get to learn a lot in WIL and that too on very critical jobs. But this was the only good thing. Salary, increments, work life balance, on time salaries, politics, policies, culture were worst. WORST.
