Some are disliked, are management not focusing on salaries, internal staff and appraisal, and not giving hikes, executives are getting more salary better than Manager, worst

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
