For all i observe some of manager they are not promoting staff because they are afraid to loose some of staff that have complete knowledge in department,for me there are 2 types of manager, 1 they want you to promote because your good to him but not good to work,2nd one they dont one you to promote because your good in your department,they have a lot of deserving staff but they are not promoting because your not good in manager,that is the reason i observe in my experience....Read More
