its really good working in vvr or vythiri village resort but i want to learn more besides what i have learned while working on vythiri village resort.

Dislikes

compensation is decent,but growth is still slow.work pressure is high.sometime have to work more than 12 hours.

Vythiri Village is one and only 5 star categorized resort in Wayanad. If you want to be a hotelier it would be the great platform to expertise your skills. It has a great work atmosphere and we do have freedom in work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow for normal employees.

'My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the more than 100 rooms inventory. It do have a great volume of booking since we might work for extra hours.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
