There's actually nothing I like, their company policy is weird and too much, managers doesn't have decision making abilities and force employees to work for something they don't want to.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the Manager doesn't address our issues. Salary is not compensated what HR says while onboarding, there's a min. bond of 2.5 years and no decent growth in salary structure. No proper training and no good level of projects are available when you work in ITIL department, so beware and start your career from other departments from the beginning.

Work Details

It's terrible, there's a lot of politics between Managers and their favourite employees. And others just get shadowed irrespective to their talents and they don't get the opportunities.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Management is worst, Training is worst. They say it as special training but won't provide any training. All you need to do is Self study, even salary is very low
