- Lots of cross functional aspects to learn - General counsels (GCs) have become key actors in most businesses- You get to explore around Legal Tech & the world around GCs - Lots of learning around fundamentals of contract management & compliance management - Learning on the job with inhouse training, Don't know of any company that does that

Dislikes

- Still at a learning stage both in terms of customer & work item handling - Trying our level best to keep a vibrant Legal Tech culture unlike Law firms

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
