Work life balance can be better. Due to short time period of project, good R&D work doesnot go into many products. People with in depth of knowledge of subjects are lacking but most people have knowledge in wide variety of subjects.

It is a very good place to work and to learn lots of things to upgrade ourselves. Teammates and team leader are very supportive.

Initially it was better but now Searching new job is added to our work life. 6 days working officially and sometimes Sundays too, no public holidays, 8am to 6pm strictly + late night if your project is going on. And after 8am no entry or salary cut.
