Good work environment supportive teammates the policies of company was good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 15 months.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
