Good product and you can learn alot working in the company. The office is huge and everything from R&D to Marketing in the same building. Good exposure with the media industry. Team members are very supporting.

Dislikes

Salary Growth is very slow. The company operates more as a family based business rather than a corporate business. Your decisions are not well accepted and you are not allowed to take any business decisions. It operates more like a lala company.

Work Details

Work life is Vu is depended on the individual capabilities. You have to carve your way to prove yourself in work, without which you will not be respected. But you get to learn alot as you have direct access to work with the boss.
