The worst company ever. No employee benefits(pf, Mediclaim, bonus, increment and so on) No professional work No growth Most important no increment, they will do revised salary in every 3 years with only Rs.2000 in per month which is worst thing ever. Big culprits is higher and older employees, they are been more than 30 years because of the comfertzone and scams. No labour law and HR policy, HR will work as per director Saraf instructions which is horrible. So many dislike.. Don't join this worst company...Read More

Worst company culture, no bonus, no hike, no PF, no medical insurance It is a family business so don't expect much here. Devita Saraf thinks something big about herself but everyone knows how the company is, there are no maternity leaves for women and she talks about women empowerment!
