01. Organization is filled with people with great minds and genuine passion towards engineering. 02. As this is an R&D organization you are open to work and learn at the same time. 03. Pay scale is comparatively better than its competitors. 04. Work hours are fixed and rarely you will be asked to do overtime.

Dislikes

01. Organization needs a CTO, who will take decisions (technical) rather than the director poking his nose in every domain. 02. There is no work culture. You will feel as if you are in a jail where a prisoner is being monitored through cameras and screen. 03. Seniors engineers so called engineering officers are just puppet of management. -(This implies only to R&D design team). Not to forget even HR is a puppet with no decision making power in their hands. 04. Organization lacks job security and work ethics. 05. There is lack of communication with your roles, responsibility and work with your senior. 06. Chances of having dispute with few colleagues and management are very high. 07. You'll be threatened to be terminated or leave the organization for any silly reason of which even you might not be aware of. 08. Office is located on outskirts of the city due to which connectivity with public transport is not there although you have pickup and drop service from nearest railway station. 09.
