There is no partiality between people. Everybody are welcome to do a job

There is no specific job role. As a fresher didn't get a proper experience and job role. Procedures are more but actions are less.

Not a single thing. Culture is horrible. These people have made diploma holders as senior managers and are willing to promote high school pass-outs for posts of an engineer. Nepotism is high and is at a whole different level.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Nepotism. Bureaucracy is worse than government. You cannot enjoy your work. Filled with diploma and high school pass-outs.
