You can learn if you are a fresher

Dislikes

Everything else. No respect, no work life balance, no proper work distribution, no proper salaries, high pressure from seniors as all of them are managers and leads. They only hire freshers no seniors resources can be found. So you have no clue what to do how to do.

There is a lot of policies and management doesn't address our issues. They give very less hikes and career growth is slow. They are forced to work atleast one year whenever gives hike. Developpers doesn't have recognition even worked hard to gave release a product and also on production support during day and nights and also on weekends.

The Odisha project of VSoft really terrible. The Project Manager don't really care about what the employee wants. review is taken by the client here. And there is nothing called job security. you have to work as field engineer but they will not provide you T.A bill. And what I should tell you about Salary. It just terrible.

I am not satisfied working in vsoft because of work culture.manager’s management quality is very poor.and as we are working in client location we don’t have value here.even a bank sweeper has more value than any other vsoft employee.the way client treat us is very very bad.we are all engineers,we deserve minimum respect but here they don’t even know the meaning of respect.and it’s just because of our manager.they never stand by our side....Read More
