There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

There are plenty of things to be considered here: The salary/appraisal is the worst of all even the labourer who works for daily wages earns more money. The cafeteria is not good. There is no opportunity to learn what so ever,thus hampering your career growth and the scope for innovation is also very less.

The Odisha project of VSoft really terrible. The Project Manager don't really care about what the employee wants. review is taken by the client here. And there is nothing called job security. you have to work as field engineer but they will not provide you T.A bill. And what I should tell you about Salary. It just terrible.
