After reading all reviews, it is looking like this company is not good to work. But as I personally worked there for 3 years, there are lots of things I like - As a fresher, you are always welcome here. Owner is personally takes a chance to hire fresher and focus on his/ her skills or area of interests. You can get a new role of your choice even after joining in different role based on your opinion and interest. (I started as training coordinator, but I got a chance to work in graphic designer and then project mgt as well.) It helps me a lot in building my career. They rewards you with your efforts in work as well as in curricular activities. Work life balance is main, especially for female employees like me. Safe environment for females There are proper lunch/ tea/ dinner breaks are available. Proper office building for work Festival & cultural celebrations Off course, there are expectations to work hard which is required too, for you/ company.
