They put contract for minimum 5 years. Get original certificate and if you dont like and want to resign they ask you to pay compensation. Otherwise they will file a case against you in the court. So, be aware of it. So join on your own risk.

I love the fact that I am a part of VSB Institution which helped me to stand up. I found the work place to be a safe place with a lot of friendly co-workers. Very good working environment. A place for self-growth and make others grow. Faculties are awarded with cash prizes for best academic results.
