They celebrate each and every festival, following all customs and traditions. Friendly environment and has good infrastructure.

Dislikes

For Incentives and bonus, recruiters have to wait for approximate 6 months after candidate joins... No one informs at time of interview, that this is a calling profile... Targets have been set very high... which are difficult to achieve sometimes. Moreover, there's no job security.. they fire employee based on performance despite of tenure with organization.
