Owners are very good, they listen to the grievances of Employees and solve them, and they are standing with the employee in tough times. Jaldi Jaldi apney employee ko nahi nikaltey hai, work performance ko improve karney ka full time detey hain.

If Some of the Ancient Pillars (more than 25 years employees) which are few, if they are not happy with you, aap jitney marzi honest hain , Loyal Hai, hardworking hai it doesn't matter . aap ko woh reward nahi milega jisko aap actual deserve karte hai.

They have Very Good Projects going in Pan India level , If U go in As a fresher I Will come as a Champ because of the amount of load They put on To ur shoulders .

They Dont know work ethics No Time limit for office hours most of the time I had to work for almost 24 hours some days If U go back to Camp where you are staying You don't get Proper Breakfast or food. Hr in this company Are like Company owners with lot of ego Issues They Don't have any good Work culture, They only appreciate and Appraise who so ever Is a At Buttering the bosses and the Who's working hard and Don't want to do buttering Is not appropriated . Bad Food in all the locations i have ever been to like Kota rawatbhata , Pachpadra refinery site etc . If you Work here You dont Know when are they Going to Appraise u By Increasing your salary . if U work here Please Don't Expect any Salary hike for atleast 2-3 years ....Read More
