The management is of the view that alloted job should be completed in time by inducement of required resources in time. Great learning platform for engineers under shadow of experienced team . Great support for every employee from top management.

Dislikes

Staff trainings for latest technologies are skipped oftentimes.

Work Details

It is challenging to work over a team of 30 constrction/planning engineers and 20 safety engineers. I have to keep me updated on hour basis to care for targets set by client. In project execution I remain busy for 12 to 14 he's a day.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
