Last 3 year, I worked with voyants solution and lot of Hard work do for achieving company goal but in lockdown period company directly mail me for Discontinued My Job without any verbal talk ....so Now a time I have a no Job there is a very bad policy of Company.... So I suggested to all never work with that type company.... Thanks

First No job security in that company and second one is this is selfish management because in lockdown period , Never Discontinued Job any Top level employee but many field engineer Job has been Discontinued from First lockdown ....Like me I am a field engineer ....Thanks
