Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 3 महीना वेतन रुकेगा. "सबसे पहले Hr आपको हर महीना वेतन मिलेगा ऐसा बोलेंगे लेकिन जो की मिलेगा भी लेकिन 3 महीनों के बाद वेतन आपको तीन तीन महीनो देरी बाद मिलेगा उसमे भी जब तक क्लाइंट बिल मिलेगा तब ही वेतन मिलेगा, यदि आप तीन महीनो बाद hr से पूछोगे वेतन क्यों नही मिल रहा हैं तो वो बोलेगा कम्पनी अपने घर से पैसा नही देगा "

One policy which i don’t like is for appraisal If you start your job in this company on 2nd April of any financial year then you are not considered for appraisals in next financial years.
