As it is newly forming. Hence giving good package them who knows omniscript.

No management. Very cheap work culture. Management works as a spy on its employees to see if they are trying to switch. I was forced to put my paper down in lockdown situation when they came to know that I got selected in another MNC. They didn't pay a single penny as a compensation even the last month salary was not given to me. Not even allowed me to serve the notice period. No exit procedure was ever discussed. The HR approved last working day was suddenly cancelled by a phone call from management... Even no mail or phone communication about the asset submission. Phew!
