It may be a small company but it's works like a family,all my fellow colleagues and owner's are very co operative understanding.working atmosphere is very good and mainly I get work satisfaction, which is very important for the employee.

Dislikes

One constraint is salary,as it's a small organization salary hike is almost negligible.
