It was my first job. I'm grateful for the opportunity. I was hoping I will go up in my carrer from this organization but got only inhuman behavior and worst of all got only unnecessary pressure. Some seniors think themselves as superior because of Manager Mr. M because of he give full authority to them to harass the newcomers mainly because the manager favour as they are from Medinipur where manager is from. HR Madam will say do you have any problem with manager or other but if we report that you know what happens. My life became hell they don't teach you clearly and if you do slightly wrong work well half day and salary will be cut out from it. Toxic place you will feel like trapped. Salary will be credited on 7th of every month but don't expect the exact in hand salary they will cut it sighting of doing wrong work and explain how they have put extra work just because of us. Project Manager will show compassion at first then he will make hell for you same as the so called superiors of Medinipur. THEY DONT PROVIDE A PROPER TRAINING AND LESS EMPATHY ON FRESHER. Best company to work for fresher .Everything on time. Seniors are very good and help full. Specially HR sir is excellent. You can chance to work with foreign client if you have good communication🙂.
