Be it skill development to work culture or Work satisfaction VonExpy has organized and individual capability dependent growth approach. Management team is best I have experienced they nurture guide and provide feedbacks to achieve goals personal and organizational BOTH.

Dislikes

Way too many employee centric meetings in a month kudos to Management & HR team! I personally feel different approaches for these interactions could have been better.

Work Details

I am a project delivery head in charge of ITES projects Vonexpy handles.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
