As a Tata Group of company they have their on own ethics and this was good for everyone, working culture is fabulous it provides you proper growth and job satisfaction.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
