Whenever I have reached out to the HR department or my manager for assistance, I have encountered an unsupportive attitude. My concerns have often been disregarded, and I have not received the necessary support to overcome challenges or improve my work performance. This has left me feeling unsupported and demotivated in my role. I have noticed a recurring pattern of favoritism within the department, where certain individuals are given preferential treatment over others. This biased approach has created an unfair working environment, undermining teamwork and causing resentment among team members. It is crucial to have a fair and equitable system that treats all employees equally. The HR department and my manager have demonstrated inadequate conflict resolution skills. Instead of addressing conflicts in a timely and constructive manner, they have allowed tensions to escalate, leading to a toxic work environment.
