Volansys tried to keep good facilities and good policies. But some of their old employee made culture and management worst.

Dislikes

Some old employees made atmosphere very bad. They treat to new employees very rudely. I seen all new employees were too disturbed because of bad experiences. They are not getting proper reply from the team. There were a good seniors and atmosphere but after they gone to onsite/left other seniors made atmosphere bad. They were feeling like a king. Now taking a place instead of work. And another worst thing is, many employees tried to inform HR but she just noded head or don't listen to other because all are her friends. Ask other employees about current atmosphere before join. I asked my old colleague, they also left because of this. Some sr. employees feels like a government job, focuses on tellig lies instead of work. They are not professionals. They hate new employees and play lots of politics to leave company....Read More
