Excellent products, backed by technical expertise of European specialists.

Dislikes

1. Very strong 'Yes Boss' culture, where 'alignment with the management' is more rewarding than professional competence. 2. Company is moving away from it's core competence (Speciality Welding Consumables) and focusing on 'also-ran' Standard Welding, thus diluting margins and brand image. 3. Acquisition of Maruti Weld in 2013 has not gone well for the company, as the culture and quality systems followed by the acquired company are at variance with those of the European acquirer.
