Dislikes

Rigid and lengthy process. Not so efficient applications. In today's AI generation still have to do lot of manual tasks. Large volumes of work.

It's an employee friendly organization. Work life balance is well maintained, again depends on which department you are working. Overall culture is good at VOIS.

Dislikes

Processes are too rigid and tools are not efficient which makes the work quite tedious

Need suggestion if i add my first job exp in resume or not

I joined MNC as a fresher but due to support role left it in 9 months it was graduate engineer trainee role Further i got new job in other MNC with same GET position. Now i 2.6 years exp excluding my first 9 months exp. so now while applying jobs should i keep that first MNC experience in my resume as most company do background checks and if my resume didnt matched with it will they revoke offer? please suggest.
