The work load is ok.

Dislikes

You will never be appreciated until you start buttering superior. They will lie about you in growth meetings. No job security if they want to terminate you they will, by giving silly excuse. Once you left they will hold your salary and will not give you experience letter untill you pay the bogus amount. Being an MNC they are scam, specially in India No wonder they are in loss.

No such work-life balance thing left in company, very very very micromanagement from management, no good hike (most of the cases 2-5%). Don’t need to think about promotions, no promotions. Working hours flexible but flexibility means start early level very late even midnight.
