The company is a leader in market and the challenges a leader phase when market is attacked by heavy discounting is what I enjoy in IDEA cellular . Agression is not required in idea you require patience and calmness to grow

The work is very self motivating , but when it comes to providing resources to do business there is very much ambiguity between top management . Only good faith with channel partners is keeping the business alive otherwise only hindrance is there
