VNR company give full support & security & facility in covid -19 period. Supporting team or management. Good thing about VNR in pandemic situation they given full salary to their employees and for safety's from COVID-19 provide some policy.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
