Dislikes

The typical work does not involve personal growth along with Company's work. The work life balance will be dependent on the project you are working on, though the work is meant to be done at flexible hours. The most challenging issue is when you come up with idea it gets rejected without any review and you never know very next day your teammate may get the Award for the same idea.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
