Worst ever company. Think twice before joining this company.Even if you don't have job don't make a mistake to join this company. This company handled by a one person according to him HR will bring down policy! They remove employees as and when they wish no employment policy come into picture. No crucial documents provided like reliving letter, experience letter .,No F&F settlement. It's just waste of your time and energy to work in such a company. While Joining the company recuriter will inform only 5 days working then they make you to work all 6days a week. No benefits are provided If you take a emergency leave next day you will terminated....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
