No constructive structure for working environment Management is useless and don't have any developmental decission towards employees. They only needs sale revenue from all the employees but no appreciation for technical works or skilled workers. A lot of sale pressure..seniors insults juniors for sale..if u want to survive in vlcc..u have to do sale target by hook or by crook.it doesnt matter u r physiotherapist a well qualified medical student .u have to do sale target or u have to leave the job

Sale's pressure and there compensation structure. Their CTC is inclusive of P.F. and ESIC deduction of companies side also. They won't give anything extra. Your in hand salary will be around 5k lesser than your CTC, what they will show you at the time of joining.
