Teammates were really very supportive towards each other but again there is no proper implementation in the management. Coming to the company policies and salary is just pathetic.

1. I disliked was they are not sure of their commitment, while hiring they say something and after the joining they say something and when you try to correct them they start ignoring the matter. 2. Company provides training at a particular period of time which is very helpful for self development.

Company is good but no one is concerned when u r in trouble. Seniors from corporate only communicate with “chamchaas” of centr. There is alot pressure of sale and even no one is there to appreciate you for ur work instead of that they will take that credit. So 0% chances of growth & appraisal. Politics is at its peak in this company. They will always push you for sale sale sale and only sale. It was a hectic schedule, huge timing and if they require you for longer time one have to be there. There is no work-life balance, 7 days working and you can’t even take aa weak off according to your wish. So i had a terrific experience in this company.
