All politics.... Whatever area head speaks HR will speaks same but in polite way....

Work Details

It's all about sales pressure if not in ur profile also. No incentives given on time and cancel the policy without intimention to employees. If u don't meet the sales target 10x ur salary then no job. They taught cheating clients for sales.
