Culture of the organisation is not employee friendly , High politics , long working hours , poor training for new joiners if he or she is not belongs to special '"Management trainee batch",No recognition of work,No regard for employee well-being, some time we don't get seat and system to work,no proper job titles , no proper work allocation , Just deligate the task to the lower level and he or she will suffer and no one else take the responsibility or give support if required.
