I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Yah baat to call centre but I am basically working team leader we get so much of pressure for getting the payments from the customers you will get full pressure on manager we will not get you can join for the first day on what you will get the pressure we have not get any respect from the agents and managers also so kindly telling that
