No captive mines, no raw material resources, no manpower recruiting, salaries paid too late, either cant expect when they would come, even death of employees see due to defaulters made by bankers. No promotion for executive post for diplomates joined after 2017, I aspired that one day I would become an executive being a local person, left alot of good opportunities for the sake of aspiration but no use.
