Durgapur Steel Plant is a integrated Steel Plant so there I watch different types of site like wheel and axle plant Steel melting shop, blast furnace, medium structural mill , Continuous casting plant and also different types of sight so I have a great experience and their are managers were so good, they are employers behaviour too good , I was fully satisfied

Actually nothing just nothing

Work Details

This is the first time I watched integrated steel plant and I work in a maintenance department, name heavyweight maintenance and contraction. I watched Durgapur steel plant totally so this was a great experience and when I work I feel so excited

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
