Lot of things to learn, helpful employees and workers, cheap rate and good quality food of office canteen. Security system is good. Indian coffee house canteen inside plant is best. LMMM dept canteen is all over best canteen in plant. You can visit any dept, can closely observe the working procedure.

Dislikes

Company not provide any transport facility. some department are 10 to 11 km distance from hostel. you have to borrow a cycle or bike. Some employees from some department are not good. Don't take Air conditioning system dept. Hostel rules and regulations are poor. North canteen people of hostel are not good. hostel food quality are worst. transport facility is not good.
