Vivo is a big organization and Every department have sub department so work load is distributed. Job training is good... Every new joiner can learn more

There is no any police for salary increment and promotion this is totally dependent upon department manager or HOD which is not good for everyone also HR management team is not good for lower and middle label employees. There is no such rule for salary increment so that everyone get hike in single time in a year..... Some one get increment every year and someone not get continuously 2-3 year.....
