They dont provide bonus,has the employee use to work for whole year and no holidays in diwali season full month work,after finishing complete season if you ask for leave they will ignore it as you have to ask them like beggar,only seniors have the benifits ,bt they base of company they called vivo brand advisior are always struggleing ,there is no value for VBA in this company,no salary increments yearly on your performance basis ,if you perfrom good it means you are good ,if you slow down the performane they will cut salary from account,as you will not get any increments on your performance...Read More
